Meet the Lee’s Hardwood Team

Daniel & Tina Lee

Daniel Lee is the president and founder of Lee’s Hardwood Floors, Inc. and Designer Flooring and Interiors, Inc. He has over 40 years experience in the flooring business. Daniel has owned and operated Lee’s Hardwood Floors, Inc. since 1984 and started Designer Flooring and Interiors, Inc. in 2000.

Daniel loves to learn about new products and new innovations in the flooring industry. In 2006 he became a National Wood Flooring Association flooring inspector. That has allowed Daniel to help customers that have issues with their wood flooring to get some resolution.

In addition to his love for the flooring industry and his craving to always learn more so that he can pass that knowledge onto his customers and employees Daniel loves to spend time with his wife and four children.

Daniel’s wife Tina has a background in hardwood flooring as well. She started her career 1997 in the manufacturing side of hardwood flooring and later moving onto the distribution side of the business. That is were the two met. Daniel and Tina were attending the same hardwood flooring convention in California and the rest is history. With the knowledge and know how Daniel and Tina share they bring unprecedented skill and experience to the company and their customers.

Daniel and Tina pride themselves in knowing that they have a family owned and operated business. They both work full time at the company to ensure that every customer receives the best service with the most knowledgeable employees to deliver unmatched quality and service.

Jeremy Paltz

Jeremy was born in Oklahoma and his family moved to Rocky Mount, North Carolina when he was young. He graduated from Rocky Mount Senior High in 1998 and attended North Carolina State University right after graduation.

In 2000 he was a Site Construction Manager for Eastern Surfa Shield and Face Lifters.

Jeremy came to Lee’s Hardwood Floors, Inc. in 2002 as our Field Operations Superintendent and Manager. In his off time he enjoys riding his motorcycle, running and doing carpentry work.
