Here at Lee’s Hardwood Floors, Inc. we strive for perfection in every aspect and stage of your hardwood flooring job. We maintain our hardwood flooring, hardwood step treads and hardwood moldings and accessories, whether they are prefinished or site finished, in a climate controlled warehouse located in Raleigh, NC. We have a specially designed 5 ton heating and cooling system that is connected to a dehumidifier to keep out hardwood flooring in an environment that is conducive with the National Wood Flooring Association’s recommended temperature and humidity levels.

The National Wood Flooring Association recommends that hardwood flooring be kept in an environment with a temperature range of 60 to 80 degrees with a relative humidity range of 30% to 50%. This system does the job! Your hardwood flooring, hardwood steps are kept at the most optimal levels recommended from delivery to our warehouse to delivery to your home.
