Lee's Signature Dust Containment System
Lee's Signature Dust containment system is a powerful tool to help make your floor refinishing project even easier on you and healthier for your family. We've spent years searching for the best dust solutions and have engineered one of the industries' most powerful vacuums available.
Our dust containment system features:
- Our powerful 24-horse-power Honda engine has a 740 CFM (cubic feet per minute), the highest in industry
- Our four sander capacity means improved air quality & speed over our competitors who only use one to two sanders per system
- We use only HEPA air filters in our dust containment systems for better air quality for you and our technicians

Shown here is the Extract Vac’s motor system. It has a gas powered 24-horse-engine giving it the absolute best vacuum capacity available on the market today. This motor has the capability to accommodate three or more pieces of sanding equipment at one time, while the competitor’s dust collection equipment can only accommodate one or two sanding machines, leaving more dust behind.
Daniel is shown here with Amen of Industrial Air Solutions, Inc. Industrial Air Solutions, Inc. has worked with Lee’s Hardwood Floors, Inc. to create this dual-tank expansive system for large six to seven sander operations. Industrial Air Solutions, Inc. is a company that designs and builds dust and particle containment systems for large factories in accordance with State and Federal Laws. The natural progression was to bring that technology to the contractor to help better the air quality for the general public. We here at Lee’s Hardwood Floors, Inc. only use the very best for our customers. Our worker’s health and the health of our customers is very important to us and with minimal clean-up afterwards, it is a winning combination.

OPEN cfm is the maximum the vacuum producer will do, wide open, no hoses, zero vacuum.
BROCHURE cfm is what is claimed. Open is more accurate.
Note: At no time is Bona machine able to draw more than 13 BHP (at ZERO vacuum).
Note: Unlikely to be able to run the clarke at 8" Hg (200ft hose) for long periods of time (very close to engine max).
NOTE: Lee’s Hardwood Floors, Inc. no longer uses the Atomic Bona Dust Containment System.
